The Instituto Andalusí de Español school has existed since 2002. Its premises are located in a typical Andalusian building in a quiet villa district of Malaga. In their free time, students can use the garden with a swimming pool, the patio or the café.
Instituto Andalusí offers courses for young people and adults, as well as specialised courses such as business Spanish or preparation for DELE exams. The classes are aimed at developing communication skills and preparation to manage everyday situations. They are taught by Spanish natives specialising in teaching Spanish as a foreign language, with an academic degree. The Spanish lessons are complemented by a programme of afternoon and weekend attractions.
According to the idea behind Instituto Andalusí, which involves language teaching combined with a pleasant family atmosphere, students can always count on the school’s help if they want to rent a bike or a car, organise a trip or need to go to a doctor. The administrative staff, who come from Switzerland, can communicate in German, Spanish, English, Italian and French. The school also offers online courses.
The school offers a variety of accommodation options: in student flats, with a Spanish family, in a beach flat or a house with a swimming pool and a garden, 20 meters from the school building. This location, with single and double rooms, is recommended by Instituto Andalusí.

I can fully recommend Instituto Andalusi: It is the best Spanish school I have ever been to. After graduating from high school I spent two months at Instituto and my Spanish improved immensely. The teachers are excellent in explaining grammar, vocabulary or just the Spanish way of life. Even more importantly, however, all of them are super nice and funny and I never had more fun in classes than in Instituto. The school is very well organised and the Swiss owner is always there and helps with any inconveniences. The pupils come from many European countries, e.g. Italy, Switzerland, Denmark, Netherlands, Norway and Germany and so the atmosphere is quite international.
I actually liked my time there so much that I came back three more times. So if you want to learn Spanish and enjoy yourself – book a course in Instituto!
